Top 10 Questions
Q: When did Lighthouse Christian Church begin?
A: We began over 100 years ago as St. John’s Lutheran Church. Then, in the late 1990s our name was changed to St. John’s Lighthouse when we became a non-denominational Christian church and more recently the name was changed to Lighthouse Christian Church. We have a wonderful heritage and a brighter future!
Q: What are the weekend services like?
A: Our weekend worship is exciting and dynamic! We begin our service with *praise and worship led by Elisha St James and our team and often take time to pray and wait on the Holy Spirit. This may lead to testimonies and/or encouraging words for the congregation gathered. We continue worshipping the Lord with our offering and then we dive into the Word of God for a message that will inspire, encourage and challenge you in your relationship with Christ. We often close with an opportunity for prayer ministry at the front (this is optional - for those who would like personal prayer). Our goal each week is to be sensitive and yield to the Holy Spirit as to what He desires to do in our midst. The Holy Spirit knows how to have church!

Kids are a priority at Lighthouse – just like they are in your home. Potter's House is here to partner with families as we help kids grow in faith and character in a setting created just for them. Just as the adult worship service has been designed specifically for you, so has this time been created just for your child. We want to make Sunday mornings the best time of your child’s week, as well as your own.
Potter’s House is a safe, caring and fun environment for your child where they will discover who God is in an atmosphere designed just for them. Children take part in interactive learning experiences including music, drama, puppets, videos and much more!
